half-boiled, cool it down. Then strain the water and drink it. Drink this water
for two consecutive days when blood pressure is high. Then take this water
after two days interval after lowering the blood pressure. Check your blood
pressure daily during this period to know how much blood pressure has come
down. After that, drinking this water once a week will be appropriate.
v Sand
the leaves of Fenugreek in the sun for two to three days and then prepare its
powder by adding one big spoon of honey and one spoon of water to that powder.
Apply this paste on wet or dry hair and gently massage the scalp. Leave this
pack on the hair for 20 to 30 minutes. Use this pack twice a week to maintain
healthy hair. This must be kept in mind while applying this pack. Apply this
pack to wet hair and massage your scalp gently.

Recipe:

a pinch of oil and fry the onions.
Now
add tomatoes, turmeric, red chilies, and salt and mix.

Sweet and Sour Fenugreek Pod Chutney (Drumstick Chutney):
Ingredients:
Fenugreek pods, tamarind, jaggery, cloves, cumin, salt
Recipe:
Grind chickpea pods with salt.
Grind
tamarind without seeds.
Stir
jaggery water in a pan and mix tamarind in it.
Dry
and finely chop the cloves and fennel and mix.
The
chutney is ready, let it cool and serve.
Drumstick Kheer (Drumstick Kheer):
Ingredients:
Drumsticks, milk, sugar, rice, cardamom, almonds
Recipe:
Grind the rice and cook it with milk.
Separate
fenugreek pods from seeds and grate them.
Grind
the cardamom and mix it with almonds.
Cook
the rice and milk mixture to reduce and then add the chickpea mixture.
