to four black peppercorns (chopped)
Two
spoons of pure ghee
Fill
a big bowl with some sour buttermilk
Five
curry leaves, two dried red chillies, and cumin seeds.
Action:
Carom
seed leaves should be broken by hand. Heat one spoon of ghee in a pan. Add
cumin seeds, black pepper and pieces of chillies. Now add the Carom seeds leaves
and saute for two minutes.
Add
wet coconut, the above-fried mixture, salt to taste, and sour buttermilk in the
mixer and make a fine chutney. Chutney should be thin. So the chutney was mixed
by adding the remaining buttermilk. The chutney was topped with ghee, cumin
seeds, red chillies and lime leaves. Great chutney is ready.
If
the Carom seeds leaves are too young, increase the number of leaves while
making the chutney.
Uses in Sweets: Carom seeds can also be used in
sweets, such as carrot halwa or jaggery roti.
Carom Seeds Water: Carom seeds water is useful in

seeds water, soak one spoon of Carom seeds in a glass of water and leave it
overnight. Strain and drink this water after waking up in the morning.

flour to the Carom seeds leaves and fry in vegetable oil. Fry the Pakoda well
on a medium flame of gas. Be careful not to overcook. Tasty Pakoda of Carom seeds
leaves are ready. You can enjoy Pakoda with tea or coffee.
