Cinnamon Is A Very Effective Spice. Cures Many Types of Ailments:

1) Bloating and Indigestion: If the mixture of cinnamon, pepper, and honey is taken after eating, the stomach does not get bloated, and the food is digested properly. Cinnamon is used as an anti-measles.

2) Headache: If you have a headache due to a cold, mix cinnamon in water and apply it to your head. Pain is reduced.

3) Heals Wounds: A combination of cinnamon and honey and applied to the affected area heals wounds, as it is antibacterial.

4) Beautifies the Face: Mix cinnamon powder, curd, and banana, and lemon juice and apply this paste on the face for twenty minutes and then wash it off. Due to blood circulation, the skin glows and the face looks beautiful.

5) Lips Become Red: Mix 2-3 cinnamon sticks with olive oil in a jar, in four to five days the color will come off in the oil. Then rub this oil on your lips every night before going to bed. Within a few days, the blackness disappears and the lips become beautiful red. 

6) Toothache: Make cinnamon powder mix it with honey and massage it on the gums and teeth, all diseases such as toothache, pyorrhoea, gingivitis, etc. will be removed and the teeth will be strengthened.

7) Rheumatism Joint Pain: Massaging the painful area with cinnamon oil relieves the pain and relaxes the veins.

8) Lowers Cholesterol: Its consumption improves blood flow by dissolving blood clots and excess fat. Correspondingly no heart disorders occur and no cholesterol band is formed.

9) Menstruation: Boil cinnamon powder in water and then mix it with honey and take this water throughout the day. Extra menstrual bleeding, back pain, and leg cramps all stop.

10) Reduces Obesity: Cinnamon is an anti-oxidant. Polyphenols reduce oxidative stress in obese people. The body burns fat and gradually loses weight.

16) Laxative, Diarrhea: Make a mixture of one spoonful of cinnamon powder, grated ginger, one spoonful of cumin powder, and 4 spoons of honey. Take 3 times a day. All troubles cease. Also, if there is vomiting, or nausea, mix cinnamon and honey and lick it.

17) Relaxing Nerves in the Body: Cinnamon oil can be used to relax the nerves in the body. Cinnamon oil can be used in massage to relieve muscle tension.

18) Strengthening Digestive Fibbers: Consuming cinnamon strengthens digestive fibers and helps in relieving stomach-related problems.
