Life for 55 and Above

You are the true guardian of your body

Take proper care of the body parts given by nature, and do Yoga Pranayama, you are cool only if your body is healthy. Always take care of your body parts as some of these body parts are not available in the market and even if you get them by mistake, they are very expensive and may not fit properly in your body.

Diseases of your body parts due to Bad Routines and Negligence

1) Stomach: -

When it gets upset when you don't have breakfast in the morning.

2) Kidneys: -

When they get damaged when you don't drink 10 glasses of water in 24 hours.

3) Gallbladder: -

When it gets worse, when you don't sleep before 11 and don't get up before sunrise.

4) Small Intestine: -

When disturbed, when you eat cold and stale food.

5) Large Intestine: -

When it gets worse, when you eat too much fried and spicy food.

6) Lungs: -


When it deteriorates, when you breathe in an environment polluted with smoke, dust, and cigarette butts. 

7) Liver: -

When it gets damaged when you drink liquor and eat fried junk and fast food.

8) Heart: -

When it deteriorates, when you eat food rich in salt and fat and refined oil.

9) Pancreas: -

When impaired, when you eat more sweet foods because they are easily available and tasty.

10) Eyes: -

When it deteriorates, when you work on mobile and computer in the dark.

11) Brain: -

When it deteriorates, when you think negatively.

The following 10 activities should be avoided by everyone over the age of 55:

1. Do not climb the staircase without support, if necessary hold on to the support pipe.

2. Don't turn your head too fast after waking up, warm up your whole body first.

3. Do not bend your body and try to touch your feet after waking up, do a full body warm-up first.

4. Wear your pajamas sitting down instead of standing up.

5. Don't wake up with your face facing forward, but turn to your left or right side.

6. Do not walk upside down as it may cause serious injury.

8. Do not bend down and lift heavy objects, bend at the knees first and then lift.

9. When waking up, first sit quietly for a few minutes and then get up.

10. More importantly always stay active and keep positive thinking because after a lifetime of scheming now is the time to live a real life happily.

Everyone above the age of 55 should do the following:

Ø Be sure to keep in touch with your friends and spend your money and time wisely.

Ø Life is limited and when life ends, nothing here can be taken with us.

Ø So why should you be frugal in life? Spend what is necessary and do what makes you happy.

Ø Do not worry at all about what will happen after you are gone. Because when our body will be mixed with soil, did anyone praise us or criticize us?

Ø Gone is the time to enjoy life and hard-earned money!

Ø Do not worry too much about your children. Let them choose their own path. Make your own future. Don't be a slave to their desires and dreams.

Ø Love children, take care of them and give them gifts too. But spend some money on yourself on your own choice.

Ø Also remember that there is no life to go on and on from birth to death.

Ø The days of making money by compromising your health are over. In the future, even by paying money, you will not get good health.

Ø At this age there are two important questions before everyone. When to stop making money and how much money is enough for you.

Ø No matter how many acres of fertile farmland you have, think how much food grain do you need every day?

Ø Even if you have many houses, one room is enough to sleep at night!

Ø If a day goes without happiness, you have lost a day of life. If a day goes with happiness, remember that you have gained a day of life.

Ø Another thing if your nature is playful you will recover from illness and if you are always cheerful you will not get sick.

Ø Most importantly, look around for what is good, what is noble. Take care of it

Ø Never forget your friends, cherish them, if you manage to do this, you will remain young at heart forever and will be desired by others.

Ø Without friends, you will surely get lonely and lonely.

Ø For that, stay in touch with them at least once a day, smile, keep smiling, and give free appreciation, that's why it is said that life is too short, and live happily...

Ø Love is sweet taste it..!

Ø Anger is dangerous, bury it..!

Ø Adversities are fleeting face them..!

Ø The Sun can be seen again after the mountains have disappeared but the "living beings" who have been veiled by the veils of time are never seen again.
