Coriander Juice

Coriander juice is considered beneficial for treating digestive problems, controlling blood pressure, detoxifying the body by removing toxins from the body, supplying calcium to bones, and strengthening bones. Drinking cilantro juice keeps the stomach clean, so there is no problem with pimples on the face. How to make coriander juice?

To make coriander juice, take 4-5 cups washed and finely chopped green coriander, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1-inch ginger, a pinch of salt, and 1 glass of water. Add chopped coriander to the mixer bowl. Add grated ginger, a spoonful of lemon juice, salt, and half a glass of water, and mix well in a mixer. Then again add half a glass of water and rotate the mixer. Sieve the fine mixture through a sieve into the mixer. Drinking coriander juice on an empty stomach after waking up in the morning is considered beneficial. Drinking coriander juice two to three times a week is beneficial for health.

Apart from this, many dishes are made from coriander. Coriander is used in many rituals in the Indian food system. Finely chopped coriander is added to any dish like Pav Bhaji, or Pulao. In different types of dal varieties, cooked dal is poured into a bowl and chopped coriander is spread over it. Coriander Vadi or Kothimbir Vadi is very popular and is commonly made at home. The recipe for coriander bread is as follows.

Ingredients

1 cup gram flour

1/4 cup rice flour 4 green chilies

1 garlic 1 tsp cumin

1 tsp turmeric

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

Oil for frying salt to taste

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Cooking method

Clean a bunch of coriander well, chop it finely, and wash it two to three times in water.

Then spread it on any cotton cloth under the fan.

Make a fine paste of green chilies and garlic.

Take one spoon of cumin, one spoon of turmeric, half a spoon of red chili powder, and salt to taste. Now add the above ingredients to the coriander and mix the flour well, add two to three spoons of water, and knead the flour properly.

Do not add too much water. Since cilantro contains salt, it becomes watery later

If the batter is too thin, the loaves will not be crispy. Add some oil to it and knead the dough properly. Adding oil to the dough will prevent it from sticking to your hands.

Then roll it and take a sieve to steam it. Apply oil to that sieve. So they will not stick to the sieve. Then heat water in a pan and cover this sieve over it and steam it for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove the lid and keep it cool.

Cut it after cooling. Heat oil in a pan and fry on medium heat until golden brown.

After that remove the loaves on a tissue paper in a plate to remove the excess oil.

You can eat this bread with tomato sauce or chutney.
