basic mantra of Ayurveda is "Svasthasya Swasthya Rakshaam, Aturasya Vikar
Prashamanam" (स्वस्थस्य स्वास्थ्य रक्षाम्, अतुरस्य विकार प्रशमनम्) which means "Protecting the
health of the healthy person and removing the disorders of the patient".
Ayurveda has various methods of diagnosis and treatment of diseases, including
diet, vihara, and medicines.
Home remedies, herbs, and medicines used in Ayurveda science do not harm the body due to their naturalness and at the same time help in treating various diseases without any side effects.
In Ayurveda, the existence of five elements (earth, water, fire, air, and space) is
considered important in relation to the health of various organs of the body.

functioning of the body.

Panchakarma: Panchakarma is an important healing
system in Ayurveda that consists of five processes Vamana, Virechan, Basti, Nasya, and Raktamoksha. These processes are
useful in the treatment of various diseases and improve the
excretory-urinary-mucous system of the body. Panchakarma purifies the body and
cures diseases completely.

Yoga is an Indian science that uses various physical
postures, pranayama, meditation, and religious practices to balance the body,
mind, and spirit. The main mantra of yoga is "Sthirasukhmasanam" ("स्थिरसुखमासनम्") which means "Steadiness and joy in posture". In yoga, we
quiet our minds and illuminate our souls using meditation and religious
practices.

asanas and pranayama. Through yoga and pranayama, we can relax our muscles and
increase the flexibility of our body.
